“Property owners in Cambridge’s downtown cores are thrilled to see the city bringing in new grants to help restore old commercial buildings and give local economies a much-needed boost” - Anam Latif, The Record, May 31, 2021.

Central Views is thrilled that the city of Cambridge will continue to support building owners and businesses through these grants. This grant program has assisted with many previous projects and has allowed us to transform 35 - 37 and 39 Main Street from dilapidated, neglected old buildings into what will soon be the Granite Lofts. We are also excited to announce three local tenants who have already established themselves with the local community: Jolie Bras & Lingerie, nowords curated gallery and Retro Rocket Comics. With these grants, we can continue to transform the Main Street of Downtown Galt, support local businesses and provide additional urban residences to increase density in the core.
